The last major supplier of VHS, Distribution Video Audio has been making $20 million a year selling cheap-o VHS tapes.The company shipped its last load in October.-

aww thats terrible I have a whole bunch of VHS tapes. Soon the wonderful DVD is going to be extinct then its going to be the new craze of Blu Ray which I have no diea what the difference is between Blu-ray and DVD they are both disks.

The end of an era.
Well, I still have a few hundred that have been acquired over the last couple decades that remain unpacked in storage.
At some point everything goes from outdated to time capsule I guess.

Just imagine what these will be to us in 50 years. They'll be long gone and DVD and Blu-Ray probably will be to. They'll be relics and conversation starters and collector's pieces. And they'll probably go for a lot of money if you need it. Convert them to DVDs if you can but definitely save them.
