For that matter why has the United Nations ignored the "children's war" the "intifada" that uses children as a shield against the Israeli Forces? So now, with news pouring in, the Israeli Defense forces are saying the are going to intensify the operation. What is really sad about this, the pictures coming in are people from civilian housing projects being bombed. This equates into many innocent people being killed (total over 150 already) How many children? we don't know yet.

This could have been handled in a better way.

Really? Then why has Hamas continually placed it's missile launching area in a populated area?

I'll tell you why. They get better press when Israel is forced to fire on them there.

Israel does have many atrocities to answer for, but the evil behind this comes from nations outside of the battleground and therefore they have no care for the innocents slain on either side.

Every Palestinian death is upon the heads of the Islamic Nations who refuse them entry.

The Palestinian people are used as a political bargaining chip with the United Nations. Just look at Africa, where millions of refugees move back and forth between Nations as politics drives them. Do they end up as the Palestinian people do in Lebanon? Of course not. And why? Because the Palestinians are more valuable as hostages.

Well I hope that Hamas gets exactly what they want... As long as the Palestinians keep them in power they deserve what they get. Israel has 3000 missiles rained on them this year with Hamas promising to wipe out all the Jews till the very last, sends in suicide bombers, receives funding from terror states like Iran and Syria, radicalizes their children and the world collectively yawns while focusing on the delusional "peace" (read: surrender) process for Israel.
