New research from Warwick University claims doses of Thiamine (vitamin B1) can reverse early kidney diseases with type 2 diabetes.

They tested the research using 40 patients from Pakistan, to find the effects of vitamin B1 which was found in meat, yeast and grain. Diabetes UK says it's promising, but it's too early for any conclusion.

Do you believe in this research, and is it wise to use Pakistani patients for the effects of vitamin B1?
