my friend just loaned me a DVD with Kundalini Yoga and swears that it helps her become aroused.
apparently the rocking and breathing help create energy that you allow to flow throughout your body, and direct toward a climax.-

it helps with guys too. blood flow and control at the same time is good to have. also if ur flexable. you can get into all kinds of fun games or just make love for a super long time.

Well duh!? Researchers are always finding out things that the wise have known all along.

well great info............

Now I am jealous! Do they have yoga for people like me? Uh, I'm not so athletic these days. (blek!)
But the research doesn't surprise me at all. Before I was extremely flexible and strong and EVERYTHING was just easier. Not just sex, I mean anything physical in life.

My friend said she once went to class with their famously long celibate Yogi. No one else happened to be there that day. The two sat facing each and at some point were soon rolling around together.
So much for celibacy. -
I love athletic women like the one in the picture yeah baby , a yoga sexshy master , imagen if she put a choke in your hips with her legs...oh yeah, I see myself with a yoga master telling me you will never get loose from my legs until your finish the job. aaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

Very true :)

i've never understood the hype about yoga but it seems to have so many benefits
-
Yoga helps one get in touch with their body, and that improves one's quality of life in all areas. This is no surprise to me.

it must be the positions they are able to maintain while excerising.
-
This I believe. Doing yoga exercises makes women feel lusty, because it moves blood into the pelvic region. I don't know about men.
-
I don't need an increase in sex drive!

I think the benefits this article talk about derive from the breath control, muscle development, and heightened sense of body image that an established yoga practice graces the practitioner with.

To be honest this study, although peer reviewed, hasn’t changed my opinion of yoga. It’s still new age stretching, which is fine if you’re into that sort of thing. Personally I’d rather save the time and money by learning to stretch properly from a professionally trained, and scientifically orientated individual before delving into the pseudo scientific world of yoga.
Same thing applies to sex. I don’t think I would seek out sexual enlightenment from someone who believes in chakras, energy feels, or spirits for that matter. I would rather consult a professionally trained and licensed individual for that information.

of course they do, doesn't take a rocket scientist to tell you that
