Following this announcement she launched into the song, stripping off her corset and revealing her belly. As a photographer at the event I can safely say that my photos show her belly looking entirely gorgeous.
What is astounding is that in an age where anorexia is rife amongst young (and old) people that a record company would be so irresponsible. And it's also proof that they do not fully understand the artist they have on their roster. Did they really think she'd sit down and take that? Did they really think that she wouldn't cause a fuss?
I'm proud to be a fan of someone who stands up to the crap that is dished out by record companies - for some reason you'd expect it of the larger companies that have female artists such as Rhianna, or Britney - but Roadrunner? An independent label? That's not to say that it's acceptable from anyone to impose that on an artist - just that you'd hope that smaller labels would be more accepting of the woman's form!

I absolutely adore Amanda Palmer. I saw Dresden Dolls several years ago, and it was indescribable. She's so intoxicating and her voice is so unique. The world needs more talent like her!

Not my style of ear candy ("when the sandwiches are wicked and they know you are the master"???) but she's got a true sexy belly from where I'm sitting.
Yep, not bad.
