This website is a good source for a series of legal documents. I enjoyed reading some of the ones from the Ancient World, including texts drafted by Julius Caesar.
Back to the present, it would behoove anyone who is interested in the current Israeli-Palestinian conflict, to read the Hamas Convenant. It clearly lays out the intentions and goals of that organization.
Having said that, it should be kept in mind that Hamas is only one faction of the Palestinians, and it is a fundamentalist, Islamist one at that. It does not speak for all Palestinians, and it certainly does not represent the Palestinian Authority.
