If critics can criticize, why can't the criticized criticize the critics? We as a whole tend to think negatively if this happens as though the criticized should just take it on the chin but I think critics themselves should not be immune to criticism.

She sucks.

Tina Fey is brilliant. Her portrayal of Sarah Palin is thee only good thing about Sarah Palin who is disgusting. Remember how she suggested that Barack Obama was a terrorist? Tina Fey deserves a lot more than a Golden Globe for characterizing Palin so brilliantly.

I love Tina and, perhaps, I'm missing the point but, after seeing this and the Colbert remix post make it to the the top of the page, I'm starting to question Current's current state of mental health. I'd hate to see it devolve into a virtual "Enquirer". That would be a shame.

Geez who could hate Tina Fey? Except well maybe 1 Palin lookalike. Seriously that was the funniest thing ever giving cred the internet hate mongers out there! I love Tina Fey for always finding the funny in the unfunny!

Anyone who hates Tina Fey has major issues that need to be solved by some huge deep southeren black woman coming to beat the shit out of them with a huge iron frying pan!!!!!!

Tina Fay did something many of us wish we could do but either we don't have the stage or we don't have the courage. She told off some crude and insensitive jerks who thought it was funny to make fun of her. Did you notice how the audience applauded her. I applaud her too because she's a hero.

Tina Fey is a comedian, most famous for political comedy aside from her movies, and her role in society is to ridicule society. In this niche, it is her duty to show people things in their life which are unpleasant, but in an entertaining way so that people will actually pay enough attention to think about the subject.

Take for example her parody of Sarah Palin. She exemplifies that Palin was lacking in intelligence comparatively, and appeared to be a token sex symbol. These things were disgusting to some Americans (myself included), while some didn't care, and some overlooked these things.

When you take the things that a comedian says as just personal attacks, you loose the value of the message. Ridiculing political figures for inadequacies is more about enticing you to see another side of them that their spin doctors would never let through in their own presentations.

For all of Tina Fey's success in being clever enough to shed light for so many people in an entertaining way, she deserves to be able to plainly stick it to all the people who bash her.

i love tina fey. she's hilarious and beautiful. i'm glad she told those haters to suck it.

I think this is really interesting because most celebrities claim they ignore the internet and tabloids bashing them - I think it's cool that Fey not only acknowledged that she read it but told them off!

I like her. I wish I could watch her show. I don't have time to do that. I think her Palin was hilarious.

I see this two ways...one she told these idiots that they hide to say they don't like her and they need to move on.

But on the flip side she mocks people for a living. She needs to learn to take it and shut up.

This post may not come under the guise of "important" to many, but it is a nice break from the bleakness of war, poverty, genocide and food poisoning.
Everyone needs to take a respite and smell the flowers. It is what can help keep you focused on the really important issues....war, poverty, genocide, food poisoning, etc.

tina fey won an award for entertainment. Isn"t that her "job"? she's in a winning period. i enjoyed her parodies...OK so let's move on to more important matters.

It's good she kept Palin looking like the idiot she is.

I like how she's a hero for how she exposed sarah palin for the moron she is. In that she brought to light the fact that what she said in those interviews was stupid and she didn't have to alter anything to make a parody of her.

It is very important because we are a hollywood culture where tearing down your neighbor is the name of the game. No one is perfect but the world expects you to be and its a petty thing since we are more worried about the shoes someone wears than their policy.

I was so impressed when she did that. It's like all these haters of people like Kirsten Dunst .. yeah she may be average looking .. guess what so is 90% of the population and "she" represents the audience and does not intimidate the "viewers". All the while she is raking in millions while the troll minions on the internet make fun of her. Who's the real winner guys??? Yeah, your little jokes might get a chuckle but the psychology of your position is quite sad and you are certainly missing the big picture of marketing and viewer acceptance.

I like Tina Fey, but I don't really find any of these critics comments as out of line...
