Why don't the BBC simply sit him down and ask him this one question....
How much money do YOU think you deserve for doing the job you do?
If the answer backfires then gently remind him, he has one of the best jobs in the world talking to celebs, having own radio show and watching films, oh and that he has kinda f*cked on a big scale recently.
Is it a mad idea? Asking someone how much they are worth?

And people wonder how money is hemorrhaging...
Who really deserves this much of a salary when a nobel prize is ~10mil?
Bankers on Wall St. got ___ dollars in bonuses last year? yes, just in bonuses, not including salary and stock.
Answer --> $18,400,000,000.
