Marijuana has suffered bad press, its been victimized by the government. Its unjust, what has happened to hemp. Geo Washington was a hemp farmer and pot is good medicine. get it straight.

I REALLY dont see the big deal. I mean, Obama smoked, we all know about Bush, the pills, blow, and booze, Bill 'didnt inhale' but seriously whats the big damn deal?

Right now we live in a nation where its a largely unenforced law. How many times can you walk through a park and see cops passing an ongoing drug deal. Nobody cares.

If it's fake it's despicable. If it's true it's even more despicable. Even if the guy is a toker, that's his business. If he wanted to announce it and join the cause I'd welcome it. But not this way. This sucks.

This article is just trying to sensationalize it as much as possible- but really, they're overreacting. Here's why: Yes, Michael Phelps APPEARS to be "smoking" from a water pipe. However, if you look closely at the photo, you won't find any smoke in the glass tube. Secondly, there's no evidence from the photo that he was consuming any kind of drug-- the glowing ember is blocked by the glass pipe, preventing us from identifying any possible illegal substance. Furthermore, the "source" said, 'You could tell Michael had smoked before', but he never comments on WHAT Michael was smoking. So really, when they claim that he's been caught with a cannabis pipe, I'm pretty sure he could sue them for libel.

What an idiot! However, I have that slight doubt, that he actually was partying, especially if he likes the whole 2012 idea, and speaking of 2012, PALIN 2012!!!!!
