What an experience for the kitten. from death to life to sucked into a human windpipe. whoa! what a trip.
It says the kitten was 6 oz. The firefightetr must have inhaled quickly and deeply(to suck the kitten into his windpipe/esophagus), he would have blown out the kitten's lungs if he was going to exhale that much into the kitten. The firefighter needed the Heimlich Maneuver. Fact is stranger than fiction!-

For those cracking jokes at the expense of this fireman.. At least he actually tried to do something. Some of the jokers in here would walk by a human or animal who was dying & do nothing, just have have some stupid joke to tell, of course showing off your childish mentality.
This... very easily can happen.. especially when your trying CPR in a burning building..

Every year in Grand Rapids northwest side they celebrate Polish heritage with Pulaski days. One of the highlights is the Paczi (prune danish) eating contest. After one competition the victor began to feel ill as the evening wore on and was rushed to the hospital. Much to the surprise of the x-ray technician the film shown a half eaten Paczi lodged into one of his lungs.
