Depends really and you'll need to ask yourself a couple of further questions:
1) Will I be juggling?
1a) Will I be juggling glow in the dark balls?If you answered yes to question 1, keep the lights on and if lit from overhead, be careful to not take any bulbs out with flying balls.
If you answered yes to question 1a, turn the lights off and go hell for leather. If you break anything, you won't see it so it doesn't count.
If you answered no to both questions, I can't help you. Sorry.
