I was filming when one single bullet hit his heart, terminating his life forever and changing the lives of all those who knew him.
I managed to capture some footage of his death and in this film I am trying to show the journey of a bullet and the effect it leaves behind. It is a film to humanize those who are being killed by bullets so they are not seen only as numbers.

omg.. he looked so young too! why would they just shoot at civilians throwing rocks?? rocks vs guns is not even a competition!
-
ok, if your going to through stuff at a tank you better be ready for the consequences. so as sad as someone dying is its hard to feel incredibly sad for him when he was basically asking for it.
-
Very insanely sad.
Its horrible what man will do to itself. -
Now what have we learned from this? When the man with the heavy artillery tells you to scram, either leave or know what your getting yourself into. Those two little children made me sad because they're not physically capable of making sound judgment decisions.
I feel bad for this guy, Hazza. I know not if he was involved in resisting, but he wound up taking a bullet, and his life will be remembered by all around him.

Throwing rocks at an military vehicle...the consequences are obviously going to end up to be something violent.
I feel sad for the boy but still,at least stay at a distance if your going to chuck stuff at a military vehicle, specially one that has just told you that you should go in your home for what ever reasons.
BTW there's a plate with weed in that car,if anyone else noticed it.

No sympathy from me until Arabs stop using children as weapons and stop hiding weapons and ammo in neighborhoods and mosques.
Until then, shoot away, Israel! Tired of Palestinians playing the victim when they bring much of the violence upon themselves and refuse to negotiate.
Maybe as their numbers dwindle, the Palestinians will be more willing to work toward a lasting peace.
-
that is so sad
-
I'm sorry you didn't like my answer... but I'm not an idiot... just sick of the Palestinians dragging the rest of the world into their conflict using terror.
While I feel for them, I also realize this land has been in bitter dispute for all of recorded history.
It's time to stop crying they victimes when they perpetuate the violence and refuse to negotiate....
That land is no more Palestine than it is Israel... It has always been home to nomadic tribes who took turns chasing each other off it. It has always been called both Israel and Palestine and I don't see why it has to be called one or the other... everyone on the planet knows what that land is and the human suffering it's brought upon all.

And those soliders called the children stupid. This is very sad

Greetings, civilian curfews would be expected to be enforced by a civilian police force. This curfew is enforced by a military force. This makes it a military occupation. A military force should not be engaged in enforcing a curfew. A military force should not be engaging a non-armed civilian population. Those who say that it is expected that a stone throwing child is shot by a military unit are saying that they would shoot and kill a child throwing a stone at them in a civilian setting like New York or Washington. I wouldn't like to go before a court of law and defend myself on a murder charge with a defence of 'he provoked me by throwing a stone at my car so I shot him'. Think about it carefully this is what is known in Arabic as 'Hokm el aoui aal da3eef', 'the rule of the strong over the weak'. In this world, some experience it a great deal more than others.

At 2:29 you can seem him take his last breath of life. Sad!

The Palestinian / Israeli conflict is dragged out everywhere on a macro level of who is being righteous, but in this instance, I don't think any of that ideology is relevant. A young boy was killed for protesting the occupation of his hometown. Shot by a military force who recognized that he was just a stupid kid - a disgusting act in and of itself.
But even on that macro level - how does this kind of action keep Israel safe? Does military curfew and harsh enforcement such as the death of Haza discourage Hamas from building Qassam rockets? I believe it will only foster further anger against Israel.
Frankly, if I was an israeli citizen who was fearful of Qassams in my backyard, I would be appalled that this is the kind of action the military is taking place to try to protect me - its just like US military action in Pakistan - making 100 people angry for each civilian we kill, fostering more conflict in the long term for the benefit of no one.
Hopefully films like this will bring the stupidity of the war home and encourage people to think long and hard before they decide who deserves to be occupied.
Thanks for submitting.
