Jam bands, huh? Speaking of,...
I recently won tickets to see Umphrey's McGee. I was kinda a fan. The show: last night, 8:30, the band didn't come out until 9:24, they requested it non-smoking AND cranked the fog machine, they barely spoke into the mic, vampire-weapon lights got shined in our eyes, and then their break took 45 minutes!!! The crowd was so restless! Glow-sticks were thrown, seats got emptied, peeps got booted out. I didn't even stay for the rest. Free tickets - but I'm still disappointed in Umphrey's. -
