This is very disturbing reminds me of the cutting off of arms of kids vaccinated by us just to show nothing good can come from the west that is good. The horror of it all, how fucking sick are these people.

I have to say, I'm really thrown off by the responses in which South Africans are referred to as "those people" and "they" (the poor English used in many of these comments is quite exhausting to read through as well).

It worries me when respondents fail to recognize that this kind of thing happens daily in other countries, even the "developed" ones, but in slightly less staggering numbers.

I find it peculiar that the headline seems to suggest that "gangs" are behind this, but then in the opening sentence reveals the term "gangs" to signify "group" or "mob."
