Josh: What am I made of?  Honestly, I'd say that the images I've captured along the way, during my travels, explorations, and adventures, plays a major role in what I'm made of.  Every idea and moment of inspiration that moves me to create is just a seed for what becomes a finished portrait.  While I put forth a great deal of energy towards my videos, I'm made of the end result, which would not be possible without my subjects.

    • What am I made of?

      In the average lean adult male around 60% of the body weight is water. The remaining body weight consists of 16-18% fat(more/less in some cases) with 22-24% protein, carbohydrate and other solids :))

    • thanks man. much appreciated. I also really dug your spot as well.
      theres some mixed media in here for sure.
      mostly the dvx100, some hvx200 (hd compressed down to sd) and the stuff i had shot of me was done with a letus converter (which allows for the 35mm look).
      i do a lot of color correction actually, but mostly just using final cut (3 way color corrector) and i have a few filters i throw on as well.

      what kind of camera are you shooting on? are you doing a lot of color work, too? in a color program or on final cut? i want my pods to start looking more like yours.
