Halle Berry should be the Celebrity Fitness poster child. No matter the season, no matter the role she’s playing, that woman always stays in shape. When it comes to her sculpted back and shoulders, Halle does a lot of rowing exercises. It’s not rowing on the row machines but she uses dumbbells and does what is called, ‘dumbbell back rows.’ Her celebrity trainer, Harley Pasternak, told Health Magazine,

“This exercise strengthens the rhomboids, the muscles in your upper back that connect your shoulder blades to your spine, giving you a toned back and much better posture,” he continues, “You’ll look great in backless dresses, too!”...
