by the way, "100% USDA Inspected Beef" does not mean anything, other than that it contains no kangaroo;
they FAIL to mention what GRADE beef it is. (you can rest assured it's not GRADE A)
also, at a time when vegetarianism should be encouraged, it's disappointing to know that Al Gore's very own Current TV is pandering to one of the biggest players in the beef industry (which accounts for 18% of all greenhouse gases)
"I'm lovin' it" all the way to the grave.

All meat is supposed to be 100% USDA inspected. Meat quality is labeled choice or prime with prime being the best quality.

I used to work at a McDonald's, and I will never eat at a fast food joint ever again.
There are regularly flies all over the cheese and other ingredients that go into the sandwiches, and nobody pays attention to the limits for how long a burger can sit in the heating tray. When the timer goes off that says we're supposed to throw the meat in the tray out, I was trained to just hit it again to reset it.

"by the way, "100% USDA Inspected Beef" does not mean anything, other than that it contains no kangaroo;
they FAIL to mention what GRADE beef it is"Over the past 30 years the FDA's power has been slashed when it comes to food regulation, Regan started the De-regulation and Bush placed the nail in the coffin.

Ok, so supplier profile movie, quality wasn't mentioned a hundred times, but it was mentioned 10 times (once written) in 6:11 minutes. Marketing 101, repeat a lie often enough and it becomes truth.

Just because someone says the word "quality" a hundred times does not make a product quality. I can tell you that a pile of cow dung is quality, does that mean you would want to eat it?
Did you see how white the ground beef was? It must be 60 percent fat. I wonder how many different cows are in a single patty. My guess, 1000. Gross! I'm glad I don't eat this crap.

One look at and smell of a feed lot is enough to put you off meat for a long time. After that you know in your heart the processors don't give a damn how the meat is handled. McDonalds and the others just add to it.
