Should Geithner Go?

GRITtv
Laura Flanders talks to Matt Taibbi of Rolling Stone and Robert Johnson former chief economist for the Senate Banking Committee. Treasury Secretary Geithner represents absolute continuity with the previous administration and his announcement Monday recycles Henry Paulson's plan--what Paul Krugman has called "cash for trash." Johnson, who has known Geithner for 25 years says that he should go. You can see the full discussion with Taibbi, Johnson, and Jane Hamsher of firedoglake at www.grittv.org.

    • should he go?Hell Yes he should go!He's a puppet/crook and he's not even nice when he's trying to manipulate us.!O!Seriously though not only will he stay right where he is but I bet all of his tyrannical rhetoric will only increase. You can tell that this guy does not give a shit about what We the People want but already has some kind of hidden agenda up his sleeve.Just because he is smart doesn't earn him Any merit in book...I want people who I can look at and know that have Our best interest at heart. He is not one of those people:-(
