"[Police] said Sterling Devine ran two stop signs and a red light on the Country Club Plaza before crashing his car into the Cinemark theater building.

Devine allegedly used a baseball bat to smash out a window and crawl out of the car. Police officers used a Taser gun to subdue him and take him into custody."
