Once again evil lawless African countries are holding poor innocent multiglobal corporations to ransom. Shame.Perhaps they should consider paying shipping rights for the lane that runs through the Somalian waters? I'm sure they'd say it's difficult with no formally recognised government in place- but that's not creating the saving it once did is it? I guess it's only the arms dealers who are making money there right now then. No tthat I'm saying it would ever be in the interests of legitimate corporations to destabilise 'developing nations'.
It'll be interesting to see what US do on this one. Their history of intervention in Africa is not exactly one to be proud of...
