i was a bit confused by this ad, because I thought it was supposed to be serious (at least, that's the tone it had upon first viewing), something about empowerment, but then it had some merciless blows to the mugger's jewels and she runs away to the safety of her car to put on lip gloss? That, to me, sounds funny, but it still didn't support that direction in tonality.

Sorry to be the dark cloud raining on your parade, but this video is bad. I don't even know where to start. I think the umbrella critique would be that there is entirely too much "negative product association!" The first time the client, "Almay," is mentioned a woman is being attacked, and her attacker is being punched in the "business." Uhm, nooo! Buy Almay and you too might be raped...but don't forget to apply your lipstick after you kick his a$$! What?! This is just all kinds of wrong. Try again :(

The lady in the video does a good job. Krav Maga is awesome! However, the video is terrible and hurts my eyes. I hate it with all my heart!

I think the video is trying to show girls that they have to always be prepared for the unexpected. Almay (cosmetics) doesn't only represent the typical all about beauty women but also strong women who are beautiful but also powerful and prepared. I loved the video!

Great video the only thing I would have changed would maybe be her hitting him on his neck once he was down a bit from kicking him in the balls. If I didnt know anything about Krav Maga I would think thats all they taught was how to kick a guy in the balls. There is suppose to be another video not sure where its at to vote.
