CHEMISTRY - Atmospheric R-OH Oscillators and Hydrofluorocarbons Overtone Spectroscopy.

OH oscillators in terms of the OH cycle, and CH oscillators in terms of their global warming potential.

The OH overtone transition energies and intensities for pernitric acid, nitric acid, nitrous acid, sulfuric acid, sulfurous acid, hydrogen peroxide, water, formic acid, methanol, ethanol(trans), ethanol(gauche), hypochlorous acid and hypobromous acid were calculated. Calculations were performed at the B3LYP/6-311++G(2d,2p) level of theory to obtain geometry optimizations.
