- The recession is very romantic. Because of the lack of money, people are starting to value what they have. More people are biking to work or changing their diets - and showing a side of themselves that maybe even they have forgotten. I believe the downturn in the economy is good for society.

- I never thought about the recession having anything to do with it. I do, however, know a bunch of friends who've used sites like OK Cupid, and the advantage is just being able to reach out and find people they might not have otherwise met, because we're so busy with school/work/etc and don't get as much time to explore new hang-outs.

  it's kinda glamorizing okcupid. if youre a female its a lot easier. and there are a lot of under-21s. which you know depending on if youre lookng for what the pod is suggesting then thats not very conducive. but the personality tests are pretty accurate and entertaining. just dont stay on the site too long, i find it slows down the comp.
