It looks like Nine Inch Nails frontman Trent Reznor is getting his way and has gotten the latest version of the band's iPhone App approved by Apple. Apple orginally rejected the new version after it found some of its content "objectionable".-

Here's more on the story from when Apple decided that they didn't fancy Reznor upgrading his app. Not really sure the reasoning behind it, but looks like they gave in to the backlash regardless...

Mike(Trent) & Jordie personally spoke with me about this app & both men sounded a bit excited ! Trent was watching romantic comedies when he got the news! LOL & he had some very funny & very serious stuff to say!!! "This is like the happy ending where the couple gets together & kisses at the end of a film" (Trent had spent the last few hours watching Music & Lyrics & Forgetting Sarah Marshal !!!) Trent also went on to say That NIN uses Apple products a lot & he was indeed a little mad when Apple first rejected the app,but said stuff happens sometimes & that NIN will likely work more with Apple in the future so long as both sides can come to agreements!
NIN are on tour right now,but are also very buisy recording new songs & will likely talk more about those some time soon! - 9 months ago
