A Stupendous Fallacy
Zionism is the most stupendous fallacy in Jewish history. I assert that it is wrong in principle and impossible of realization; that it is unsound in its economics, fantastical in its politics, and sterile in its spiritual ideals. Where it is not pathetically visionary, it is a cruel playing with the hopes of a people blindly seeking their way out of age-long miseries. These are bold and sweeping assertions, but I shall undertake to make them good.
The very fervor of my feeling for the oppressed of every race and every land, especially for the Jews, those of my own blood and faith, to whom I am bound by every tender tie, impels me to fight with all the greater force against this scheme, which my intelligence tells me can only lead them deeper into the mire of the past, while it professes to be leading them to the heights.
Zionism is a surrender, not a solution. It is a retrogression into the blackest error, and not progress toward the light. I will go further and say that it is a betrayal; it is an Eastern European proposal, fathered in this country by American Jews, which, if it were to succeed, would cost the Jews of America most [of all] that they have gained of liberty, equality and fraternity...

It may be politic for them for the moment to coddle the aspirations of a numerically negligible race like the Jews, but the notion that Great Britain would for one instant allow any form of government in Palestine, under any name whatever, that was not, in fact, an appanage of the British Crown, and subservient to the paramount interests of British world policy, is too fantastical for serious refutation...

I claim to speak with knowledge on this subject. I speak as a Jew. I speak with fullest sympathy for the Jew everywhere. I have seen him in his poverty -- despised, hated, spat upon, beaten, murdered. My blood boils with his at the thought of the indignities and outrages to which he is subjected. I, too, would find for him, for me, the way out of this morass of poverty, hatred, political inequality and social discrimination.

zionism is itself arrogance. that a people have a right to a land that has never actually belonged to them (or at least, not for more than 2000 years) through a pact with a personal god is highly disturbing. by that right all white (and black and asian) american's should be forced out of america and the land should be returned to the native americans.
zionism is a stupid argument at its core and it has created nothing but misery for a huge section of the globe for over half a century. it is a mistake that needs to be corrected and brought to an end.
obviously the state of israel can no more easily be removed than it was to create (as in, significant loss of life and enormous human suffering. but the current impasse between the fundamentalists zionists and the rest of the world cannot continue. an equitable two state solution (and thus peace) must be reached before something truly catastrophic, like a global nuclear war (ya'know, the thing isreal is threatening), happens.

The Jews must be reigned in thier expansion of illegal settlements, thier Aparthied, thier Genocide, thier Illegal wall, thier killing of Palestinians to take thier land must not go on and must be punished my the international community. Just the fact that they are allowed to go on with this type of activity is against all the laws of the international community. America should stop any backing of the Jewish community as a whole immediately. Not all Jews are evil but thier country and its leaders sure are and need to be stopped and inprisoned and the land returned to Palestine immediately.

Read enough about most religions on Earth & you'll soon see that they aren't as good as some people seem to claim! Read more,& you'll learn Buddhism isn't even considered a religion! Zionist are actually not much worse then Christians if you look at both in depth the way I have! I did some rather extreme studies on religion,only to find out that most of it is false information brainwashing people! Zionist do seem to be very against peace,which would be my first reason for not liking them,but on the other hand you look at overly faithful Christians & you soon find out they are truly insane!!! I once heard a radio story on Mormonism & I thought I was listening to radio from an other universe! As far as religions collecting funds,you'd be shocked at how far some religions go to get money & act above the law! Israel is a strange place,but the people of Israel are very nice people! Some people here seem to be making Israel sound evil! You have got your nations crossed if you think Israel is the bad guy here! The nation your thinking of is Saudi Arabia! Of course some idiots in America just say blow of the whole middle east! Some people are a little dumb & ignorant !!! No one is America seems to do much research before they speak these days! A bit sad how dumb most of America has become! What is the difference between Zionism and Manifest Destiny? Should we Americans not have a right to exist and give the entire country back to the native Americans who were conquered and displaces over the years.
I doubt anyone here truly knows the history of the State of Israel. eastern european jews began to immigrate to present day Israel in the late 1800's. They settled land that was not occupied. Dried up swamps, irrigated desert, and made a beautiful fertile land out of arid desert. They fought a war of independence just like America, Mexico, Columbia, Venezuela, Bolivia, and countless other nations.
By the time the U.N. granted Israel statehood there were up to 1 million Jews already living in Israel. Also let us not forget that the day Israel declared independence it was immediately attacked by 7 nations! Simultaneously the millions of Jews who lived all over the Arab world, Morocco, Yemen, Iraq, Syria were expelled from those countries violently and without remorse.
What are the people of Israel to do? Let what they have built fall by the wayside, pack up and leave? Allow the residents of Gaza and the Westbank to enter their nation and vote them into oblivion? Let us not forget that Gaza and the west bank share borders with the Palestinians' Arab brothers, the Jordanians and the Egyptians. Why are these territories considered prisons when they share large borders with Arab nations?
The Palestinians are the pawn of the Arab world. their plight could have been solved by the relaxing of the borders that are shared with their Arab brothers.
If the palestinians had no guns there would be no war, if the Israeli's had no guns, there would be no Israel.

Israel was given by the British Empire to the Holocaust victims to have a home, but they have behaved like a cuckoo in the nest ever since going there............they have thrown all the inhabitants out of the area, and out of all the adjoining areas they have taken since then, and they have swelled their population by opening the country up to any Jew who wants to decamp and go and live there......................this was never supposed to happen. Because of this there are thousands and thousands of Russian Jews who sought sanctuary during the Soviet Regime, whom should now return to their homelands. There is a massive population with no right to be there at all. Jews have left from Golders Green in London ( a wealthy suburb) to live in Israel................Israel has been hollering that any Jew can come and live there. We now end up with a huge Jewish population in Israel whom will have to be relocated again one day if peace is to reign.

OK, boys and girls, here are some interesting facts for you:
Israelis do not live in a constant state of fear. They do live in a society where anti-terror measures have become commonplace - sentries are posted at the entrances to restaurants, buses, etc. But that is part of life there - and taken with a grain of salt - like a survival necessity. The reason is not guilt, as the haters here will have you believe. The reason is because they are surrounded by sworn enemies - Hamas, Hezbollah, Fatah, Islamic Jihad and many others. These groups target civilians - kids, women, elderly. They kill innocents during religious holidays, weddings, discotheques, hospitals, on busses - anywhere and anytime it is least expected. But since the wall came up - the amount of these ungodly murderous acts had drastically subsided. So it is an extremely effective measure to keep the citizens out of the harm’s way! To Israelis, the added security measures are all but transparent - it is expected that there will be a guard at the entrance to any public facility - for the safety of its patrons. Israelis are extremely joyful people - nightlife is amazing in the non-border regions, people hang out and laugh - spending time in Israel, whether you're a Jew or not - will invigorate you and will instill hope in humanity. They are extremely patriotic - they have to be, when their country is in a constant state of danger. They all serve in the military – and proudly so.
They are a very advanced society - much like our own - which is extremely rare - well, unlike any other in the Middle East. They have checks and balances in the government - same government that has Arab members in it. Yes, it may come as a surprise to you, but there are Arabs in Knesset - their parliament. And there are non-Jews in the military as well - Christians, Druis, etc.
Israel protects all religions and religious artifacts on their soil. Christians and Muslims are free to pray at their historical sites of worship, mosques are not being burned, defaced or otherwise destroyed - but are all protected!!! Try this in any Arab land - well, don't!!! Israel is tolerant of minorities, has a robust immigration policy, encourages business and investment - i.e. - it brings a positive change to the world - in every single field of art and science!!! Yes, Arabs are treated at Israeli hospitals - and prefer that to their own facilities.
Lastly, the army has a strict code of conduct, rules of engagement and is answerable to the government. This is unlike any enemy that it faces - be that Hamas or anyone else. Pallywood (Palestinian Hollywood - Google it) will have you believe that Israeli soldiers are a murderous bunch - but this couldn't be further from the truth. The directive not to fire first often results in Israeli soldier's casualties - but those are the rules of engagement. It is often hard to identify your enemy when they don't wear any uniform - and this directive exists to protect the Arab civilians often at the cost of Israeli lives. I am not saying that Arab civilians don't die in military confrontations - not at all. But Hamas is treacherous - they set up firing positions in the densely populated civilian areas, causing more collateral damage than any Israeli act of retribution. Think about it - if Israel would want to target the civilians, they could just indiscriminately bomb Gaza - actually, they can take out the entire Gaza in under 2 hours with conventional weapons alone. Fact is - that is not their objective - not at all. Peace is their objective - peace, without sacrificing the security of their people. Arabs to this day do not want to acknowledge Israel's right to exist - so peace is simply NOT possible with these people. -
