Target Women is a recurring segment on Current TV's weekly television show, infoMania. In each episode of Target Women, Sarah Haskins takes a look at the often-ridiculous way the media reaches out to women.

      Because Sarah is currently 29, so in 11 years she'll be 40. Current 9 year olds are currently 9, so in 11 years they'll be 20. Half her age.

    • Sarah already looks like a Cougar!! I am 42 and date the 35 to 40 set..But every once in awhile I will find a HOT 45-50 year old who is so sexy in her maturity, poise, sexuality, and candor...
      This "The Cougar" is a lame show and this chick is not the NORM..whatever..Now Sarah is more the norm..I wanna see her do this show..she turns me on so much in that: "she's cute, not really hot but you still wanna bang her, despite her very "Average" appeal..." Yeah she makes me happy in the pants!! But older women have always been sexy..But even at 42 I still say my Cougar cutoff is 50...a Nice 50...although Suzanne Somers is 62 and still looks good on TV..But what if its all wrinkly and looks like two pieces of twice chewed Bubble Yum??

      "This show makes me feel positive about growing older." The accompanying shot of a forty year old woman roller skating in hotshorts and knee socks? Nice.

      Loved the way they played up the ~faux pas nature~ of the age guessing moment, for maximum simulated drama! "(tttchh) ...Forty." OOH, OUCH. You two just totally insulted Cougar lady by assuming she was more or less the same frickin' age spare a couple (or couple dozen) months.

      edit: LOLOL at the word "cougar" in the title bringing nasty and kinda dense old men to troll the comments

    • It was embarassing watching the clips of this "reality" show.

      First this woman is unusually hot and could pretty much score any man she chose to, like a good looking man her age who is established in life. Instead she goes after the "youngin's". So lets call this show what it is. "Young Looking Older Women Who Craves Attention and is Terrified of Getting Older Getting Paid by a Television Network to Have Sex with a Stupid Young Man With an Oedipal Complex." Did I get everything?

      Why is it that men who pursue younger women are arguably considered cradle robbers but when a older woman pursues younger men they make a television series out of it?

      I'm pretty darn sure it's considered a totally sweet scooore in many circles when an older guy bags a much younger lady, yeah??

      Also I think (HOPE) reality dating shows aren't supposed to be indicative of trends in healthy, society-endorsed relationship building patterns! Rock of Love, Flavor of Love, the soon to premiere Megan Wants A Millionaire: sound any better?

    • i'm curious how old that lady's oldest is and how old that kid joe is... well, not curious enough to actually watch the show, but intrigued enough to pass judgment on all teenage mothers based on her.

      i also agree that if you're going to have someone murder a stranger for you, fake strangers no longer cut it.
