I wish I could find a better resolution logo. Anyway; Good News for a change folks; We are making some progress, The US Environment Protection Agency finally put together a page on Noise Pollution.
-
It says the EPA regulates rail and motorcarriers.
Wonder if this will help on the city bus problem you have? -
This page on Noise on the EPA website have been crafted very well and it takes all the serious research around it. If you are in San Francisco, please send the link to all Transportation officials. They really need to expend a good time reading it since they are the ones that created these social transportation acoustic chaos in the City.
Also a great article on BBC World just come out; check it out, very good!
