That's just why it kinda does. It hard to win a slander fight with an entertainer because they are considered exempt due to the fact the audience is expected to know they were just being entertaining and not serious. For instance that's why David Letterman got by with calling Sarah Palin a slut the other night.

Let me tell you what Rush Limbaugh and a porta-potty business have in common. Both involve the management of a lot of stinky shit. On any given day the people that visit one have no way of knowing what disgusting things they are going to find. Both are money making en devours but people generally do not brag about being in business with either one.
Of course there is one difference. A man running a porta-potty business can take a shower and come out clean.
