In doing so, he has drawn the attention of U.S. drug officials, who want him extradited to Seattle. Emery has agreed to plead guilty in Seattle to one count of marijuana distribution in exchange for dismissal of all other counts, and the U.S. District Attorney is pressing for a sentence of five to eight years in a U.S. prison."

Well you know if the DEA didn't have pot smokers to chase 90 percent of them would be in the unemployment line along with the rest of America. That's a pretty good motive for the ridiculius waste of taxpayer money. Washington State has wanted this guy forever, job security!!
