it was found in a sewer in N.C.
from what i hear it's a clumps of annelid worms.
when one reacts the other copys his reaction almost simultaneously giving the pulsating effect.or it could be a zerg invasion... WE MUST CONSTRUCT ADDITIONAL PYLONS!!

I think its just sewer debris - the cam has been mounted and then the time-lapse film speeded up. Watch the water around it.
