Numerous researchers of these matters have long claimed that biodefense research centered at Fort Detrick has been actively developing and testing highly dangerous viruses which, if released, could spread deadly pandemics around the globe. A few researchers, such as Dr. Leonard Horowitz, even believe that rogue elements of government may have already released some of these dangerous viruses into the public to forward their own hidden agendas.
