I've always been baffled by the popularity of Wedding culture. All the bridal magazines, TV shows, etc... I guess it appeals to that fairy princess/prince charming thing that some girls have.

I know in the UK there is two digital channels devoted to weddings (the link above has more), but I'm sure it is getting ridiculous by the minute...

I saw a trailer for some Wedding / Bride Wars show last night on TV and it said "If you like Come Dine with Me, you'll love this" Why??? It seemed nothing like Come Dine With Me. Bizarre.
