“Green” fireworks may brighten eco-friendly Fourth of July displays in future
That’s “green” as in environmentally friendly.
Researchers, however, have developed new pyrotechnic formulas that replace perchlorate with nitrogen-rich materials or nitrocellulose that burn cleaner and produce less smoke, according to an article in ACS’s weekly newsmagazine, Chemical & Engineering News (C&EN).

.Dah! I knew all that. It was meant as a joke to expose the truth about this irresponsible era of environMENTAL ism.
It's a joke to call CO2 nature's death warrant on one hand and then show utter insincerity for the planet by calling sources of CO2 "green" and echo friendly. A burning lob is a burning log. Fireworks are fireworks. BBQ's and grills are just that; other sources of this poison as stated by the US EPA.
Just remember, something may be natural, but so is diarrhea and there is nothing more organic than bull$hit.
History will view global warming and the WMD scam in the same chapter as an era preceding the next era of putting the emphasis on preserving, instead of saving and rescuing our planet with fear from a mistake in science and media now culture itself.
What price will we pay before we stop this insane CO2 theory from leading us further down the wrong road and needlessly scaring our children and their children?-

The U.S. Flag does not Stand for Freedom. There's nothing to celebrate. It doesn't get greener than that.

At this point in history, when we are living longer than at any time in history as a species, we can now celebrate the accomplishements of Rachel Carson and environmentalism. We have defeated the smoggy 70's when a river caught fire in Ohio, we have environmental awareness, laws, protections and standards that have made our world cleaner, safer and more enjoyable.
Life is good and there is no other point in history I'd rather be living.
I'm a real enviro. I see clean, cool blue skies and I face the futre with bravery, not fear.-

The way we should all see it any step no matter how minuscule to better the environment is a step that needs to be taken and it will take us that much closer to realizing what we all know needs to happen in order for the human race to survive much longer. We are suppose to be the all knowing species the top of the food chain the smartest on the planet. When are we going to start acting like it.

btw im a granola environmental science major, but i see that as what it is, a publicity stunt with no real world effects, merely a showing of faux intent
