Jake VanMeter a resident in Ellsworth, Maine, is a 25 year old man stuck in a nursing home due to his Cerebral Palsy since he was 11. Jake has a 4.0 average and wishes to be a therapist to help people, he wants to contribute to society. Jake is literally locked in his body, he seeks to start an organization to help people like him to be more independent and not be subdued to the structure of nursing homes. His plan is to build his own home and be welcomed to everyone with physical disability. He calls it the Jacob Brewer home.
