This is crazy! I would worry about people paying more attention to the bleeding billboards than the roads too.

Ewwww. Aren't some people really sensitive to the sight of blood? My old English teacher would literally pass out if someone had a nose bleed.

I think it is a good campaign idea. I think shock advertising always works when it comes to issues like this or domestic violence/abuse issues. If it does not sink into driver's heads at first sight, then it will do subconsciously.

That's cool. They should integrate the whole idea into billboards and make them more interactive.

Billboards should provide way more purposes and uses,not to mention there so big and viewable.
