This is another installment of the weekly feature of the Sustainable Agriculture Channel where we forget for just a few minutes the troubles of our world and reflect upon what makes it beautiful and our connection to it. In agriculture I believe we not only find a connection in as much as it gives us physical sustenance from what is grown. I believe we can also have a spiritual even sensual relationship with the planet that can be transposed to the physical fruits of our labor. Agriculture is also a way of maintaining life through the planting of seeds just as a physical union between two people who love each other can result in the same. For me nature is sensual and the ability to produce life be it human or through the planting of seeds that produce that which sustains us is a miracle.
