I am a Veteran of Foreign Wars, Desert Shield/Desert Storm, and as of 10:00 am today, July 6, 2009 add one more Veteran, and my Family to the list of Homeless.
By the actions of Chase Bank taking over WaMu, my "Primary Residence" has had locks changed, without Notice of any type to wit the tenants, my family have been locked out of MY HOME since May. The law states that an eviction, of any type, in Las Vegas must be served by a Constable of the Sheriffs Department.
My home and all my belongings have been totally ransacked. June 1st on retuning to Las Vegas from my oldest sons graduation in Idaho, an "employee" of WAMU - Chase informed my homeowners insurance company that the home was vacant. This same employee had stated to me that there was not a sale date on the home.
This is a Video of how long it takes to get answer from anyone. For each time that an "employee" asks for my information is a violation of my privacy and my rights. Watch the rest of the story.. More to come!

They should just put you in the circus, for making you jump through the worlds largest mortgage hoop! Sue the crap out of them, and make them look like the circus clowns. I'm sorry your family has to go through this. Fact of the matter is they just don't give a $hit about you and yours...
