I love it when companies listen. And like BT have always said, 'It's good to talk...'

It's good to listen as well.
Shame it took them this long to listen to their millions of customers that didn't want the automatic opt-in to the system in the first place.
You get the impression though that it'll get replaced with something similar pretty soon
