This Sunday 12th July in Shoreditch, London, at 1pm, is the place to be!!
There will be a recreation of the famous street dance scene from the classic 80's film, FAME. It's going to be great!!!
The road will be blocked off and filled with dancers and members of the public in colourful 80's clothing, recreating the famous dance scene in the road, with Denise Van Outen as the main lead dancer. This will be the UK's biggest ever movie screen recreation for film channel TMC's, 'Capture Your Classic' . The event will be televised on TCM.
We will also have another surprise celebrity dancer who will bring a bit of comedy to the entire thing which hasn't been announced yet to anybody.
Fashion brand UNIQLO has partnered with TCM to bring cool style to the ‘FAME’ recreation, and will be offering those taking part a 20% discount between 8th and 12th July. Discount vouchers will be available in-store and via UNIQLO’s online newsletter.
