A disappointed passenger has made a country video, about how United Airlines broke his guitar and didn't seem to be too bothered about it. Now that over 100,000 people have watched the video it seems that the airline are willing to talk to him.

LOL!!! I'm crying!! This video is absolutely great. What a great, creative way to get them to listen to you, much better than a lawsuit. I LOVE these guys!

Apparently a United Airlines spokesman called the video "excellent" and has promised "to make what happened right", they've even suggested they might use the video for staff training - hopefully not training them how to break more guitars!
