Man Dies in Vat of Chocolate

Well, it's an odd way to die, but an interesting way to go.

Must be akward to inform family members that he died by chocolate... literally.

i bet they still sold the chocolate knowing the companies these days.

Not sure if there is any good way to go.

I survived trauma in a bad car accident and should be dead. It was quick and I don't remember anything other than a moment where I thought "uh oh". However, surviving after the fact hurt like hell.

I suppose it's a better way to go than the guy I read about that fell in a septic tank. He treaded for a while until overcome by the fumes.

My condolences.

I have always made it a point to avoid any areas where there is an unusual amount chocolate in specific location. I always tell my friends that and they thought I was crazy!

it must've been so hard for the people who were doing the autopsy to not lick their fingers.

That's actually sad, I say as a human with the effect of the human condition on me. But seriously that SUCKS. THAT SUCKS SO BAD. You know why? Cuz so many people are going to make various jokes on how funny that death is. What a way to go. I'm sure that's some one's (childhood) dream though.

There was a 1960's era, "Smother's Brother's Routine" based on this. One brother asked what he would do if he fell in a vat of Chocolate, the brother replied I would shout fire, fire. when queried why he would shout fire, he replied, "Who would help me if I shouted Chocolate"! I suspect this is from an old Vaudeville routine. Not that anyone on Current has heard of Vaudeville, or the Smother's Brother's., or much else.

This conjures thoughts of the kids who fell victim to Willy Wonka's chocolate factory.
