Hypocrisy knows no shame: :

Barack Obama urges Russia not to interfere in neighbouring states:

"In 2009, a great power does not show strength by dominating or demonising other countries. The days when empires could treat sovereign states as pieces on a chessboard are over," he said, speaking to graduates from Moscow's New Economic School.

He added: "As I said in Cairo, given our interdependence any world order that tries to elevate one nation or group of people over another will inevitably fail. That is why I have called for a 'reset' in relations between the United States and Russia.

"America wants a strong, peaceful and prosperous Russia."

Obama acknowledged that the US needed to play its part in bringing about a fresh start with Russia – "a great power". And he paid tribute to the achievements of Russian writers and scientists, even managing to quote a line from Pushkin when he told the students: "Inspiration is needed in geometry just as much as in poetry."

Why do we bash hypocrisy? It's being hypocritical that helps us warn others of making the same mistakes we made,... or are still making.
Sometimes the best advice is from someone who is still fighting.

Um is it me or has anyone else noticed that everytime you turn around you hear some politician talking about a new world order. Maybe its just me but i can't help but feel like we are all being prepped by the government for the the take over of the world money supply by the world bank. I don't remember which Rothschild family member it is that said "It matters not who makes the laws of a society. Gain control of the money and you control the society" Most people don't realize that the Federal Reserve is no more federal than Federal Express. Is it a coincidence that there has been an increase in executive orders relating to martial law or states of emergency while the shelves of Walmart remain void of high caliber ammunition? Sounds like a recipe for disaster once you factor in the people's complete apathy for politics.

Oh how right you are AmericanStandard.

I have something on that but it is so late here in Ireland that I wonder do I have time and energy to find it now. I think it's a globalresearch article. I'll look and post it here ...hopefully.

    American Standard...you are so right.

    ----------------------------------------

Confronting the wreckage of a debt crisis worse than any since the Great Depression, Mr. Obama has achieved what no Republican could have: rescuing the Bush Administration’s pro-creditor policies that fostered the Bubble Economy in the first place. “Most of the financial sector lobby community is happy with what has emerged,” the Financial Times summarized. A spokesman for the Financial Services Forum, a major Wall Street lobbying organization, called the proposals “careful and balanced.” With such endorsements, victims of predatory lending have good reason to worry. The Obama plan is just the opposite from reforming the financial system along lines that progressive Democrats and other critics have urged.
The plan’s six most fatal flaws are apparent in its preamble, which lays out a false diagnosis of the financial problem in a way that whitewashes Wall Street (in contrast to Mr. Obama’s nice televised populist speech giving verbal criticism to “culture of irresponsibility”). A false diagnosis must lead to wrong-headed cures – rarely by accident. There invariably is a financial beneficiary who gains from blind spots in a legal “reform” package.

Obama has been back pedaling on so many issues, but he is a master politician. He promised the suckers (whoops- I meant "Americans") the moon and the stars, and then, when he actually got elected, he "backpedals". Well, not really, as he knew all along that he could never deliver the goods, even if elected. The suckers (whoops...I meant democrats) that voted for him then say...."But you promised...." Yep, my heart just bleeds for them......
