Photographer gets stopped, charged, arrested, cuffed, searched, then de-arrested.

All because he took a photo.

Will we all fall foul of Section 44 of the Prevention of Terrorism Act 2000 ..... I fear the police, in light of the recent reports on their handling of the recent demonstration cock-ups, will abuse this power severely, and society will suffer for it.
