Steven Harwood won this prestigious accolade after he had a dream to build a 'kite cabin' at the back of his home in west Wales.
Steven spent just £1500 on the 5m x 5m shed that comes with Satellite TV, DVD player, two beds, a toilet aswell as being fully furnished and carpeted. It only took 3 months to build.
Not bad Mr Harwood, not bad.

Finally I've been waiting just under a year for this announcement. It was worth it though, she's a beaut!
With prizes like this it's a wonder we don't all enter....
