    • Why not audit the Fed? What is the worst case scenario? We should audit the government as a whole. They after all work for us, they are civil servants under our employ. It seems only fitting that their employers audit them.

It would take liters of Thorazine to contain that amount of crazy.

    • Nice I will read the meltdown book to learn more of the governments involvement in the real estate bubble. I already knew about Freddie and Fanny but it sounds like it is even worse than I thought.

    • Im shocked to see this make it on current but im glad it did. Also its a shame that Ron Paul's hearing aid died in the republican debates. With that said, this information is 100% correct. Since 1913 American coffers have been under an assualt by their own government. Why do you think the tax brackets havent been updated for inflation? because then over 90% ( yes i ball-parked this )of Americans (rich by your standards or not) would be in the bottom bracket. The best thing we can do is to have 1 tax bracket for all! We believe in freedom, equality, and separation of church in state. If there isn't economic equality( I.E. no one pays taxes or they all pay the same porportion of their income) you end up where we are today...

    • co-opting / divide and concure ..... Ron Paul and Peter Shiff are the real deal, I don't care which of the corp owned media they show up on. People give Fox or CNN or 'whatever channel' to much steez. WE THE PEOPLE are the ones that steer the ship...if we choose to be involved.

    • not surprising since the rest of the news is bought off by socialists. It's good to be able to view different sides of situations. It seems some people are threatened by that.

I can't believe it, I hear that there is an internal struggle at Fox News between the neocons and the libertarians and that things are getting pretty heated. Youtube the video when Ron Paul supporters confronted Hannity! Fox News is just like the rest of them, propaganda against liberty....and I was just on the show two weeks ago if that holds any weight.

I think they should air it on regular TV! I wish to God that more people could learn about what all these fine gentleman have to say and why they are so hated by special interests and the corrupt financial interests in our country and throughout the world!
