Well, this certainly seems to me like a call to arms- it seems to me they are practically preparing for a revolution by the people- not to sound paranoid, but I'd stock up on rifles and ammunition- the founding fathers had a lot of wisdom on this subject. Since interplanetary travel is not yet possible, I'd settle for living in Panama when this nation of ours implodes under the flag of marxism.

Does FEMA even know where those states are located. they'll probably end up around Idaho, Nebraska, Colorado area. If you've ever been around any big political events there is a protocol and it really is about protecting the (insert politician) from our own police force if for example a Police person tries to assassinate a candidate what other agencies take over.
