However, I'm just going to throw out there that I worked for Dennis Kucinich's presidential campaign during the primaries, and volunteered and voted for Ralph Nader in the general election.

ironic since Monsanto was built by stealing technology and research from the USDA by the Japanese in the 1970's. They're actually going to let the fox run the hen house now?

i cant see how this would even be let to make it into the cows...much more our bodies...its really not rigt how people can get others in thier pockets in our country...it soo upsetting to know obama dosent see this....im shocked

The FDA is so corrupt it can barely even believe it, and as for Monsanto... well I think we all know how bad they are. I really want to like Obama, but if he goes through with this, I'm going to loose a lot of respect for him.

I wish folks could understand how important this issue is, I keep hearing all this mudslinging regarding the "health care" reform bill. I call it "disease-care". Health care is what we are asking for when we talk about getting chemical and poison makers to stop destroying our food supply. Health care is before the fact, and what most people want is a pill or surgery to fix problems after the fact.

A great start would be to find ethical people and appoint them to oversee the FDA and other government agencies who are supposed to look after the safety of our food.

ok...now I will go sign yet another petition. heavy sigh....
