    • I am sure it is not going to work if his plan it is to obligate everyone to buy health insurance. There are many out there that cannot afford to do it! These are the ones that also cannot afford health care at all.

      If I could afford it, I'd buy it already.

      Obama's argument that "some people think they're invincible, and then go get hit by a bus, and then we all have to pay for it." Is total malarkey. We have to pay for it under the current system already. If this person thinks they're invincible, they're not going to buy health insurance... so their ass is going to end up in the ER, and the cost is going to get spread to people WITH insurance.

    • The Public Option isn't really that public.

      It's not universal health care.

      It's not single payer.

      They are mandating that everybody buy insurance, and that the insurance industry sell insurance-- who's going to win there?

      We need SINGLE PAYER.

      I'm just glad that Obama said those words, even though he tried to paint it in a bad light. It means that it's an issue on the radar.
