Defining Drug Addiction:
According to many studies in print and online, you can define drug abuse (or substance abuse) as “the repeated and excessive use of chemical substances to achieve a certain effect” (Helpguides.com). What does that mean in basic terms? It means you’re using marijuana to be higher, happier; you’re using cocaine to feel invincible; you’re abusing prescriptions drugs to go lower. You are zoning out of the world and of society. What are you trying to forget?

Are you kidding me? These people are from the year 1. They even quote AA's 12 laws. As if pot use and alcoholism are even remotely related. In an attempt to paint marijuana as a menace their rhetoric places the evil weed on a par with heroin. Anybody with 1/2 a brain knows better. This is among the things our tax dollars are being spent for; attempts to suck in gullible people with no experience. And why? Why don't you tell me - I can't figure it out. If there's a reason for it it defies understanding. Bottom line is; do we not have better things to do with tax money? This is so dumb it's offensive. Hello????
