The TOC for the new anthology "The Secret History of Science Fiction" edited by James Patrick Kelly and John Kessel has been released and it really looks awesome. Some editors just get it. Putting together an anthology with a name that sounds comprehensive *means* that they should actually *be* comprehensive.
